The War of the Planets

PLUTO

He showed me life gets ugly
I saw how ugly life can be

He reminded me of how ugly I can be
He resurfaced all those disgusting habits
Everything I had hidden deep down inside of me

He showed me all the ugly, oh how ugly
Devastation
Disaster
Decay

Dismantling everything once known to me
Destruction
Death
Dismay

All around me and all inside me
There is no place to escape
I can only wait this one out
I am forced still in fate of change

I have no say in anything
Is what I am forced to face
Darkness has been revealed to me

In the shadows
In every crack
In every cranny

All of life’s innocence has been ripped away
